Spahetti & Meatball Cupcakes...

Ok, several asked how this was done, so I thought I'd write out a simple blog! These are the easiest things ever to make!!

You just use a cake mix and buy the icing (either a butter cream, or cream cheese so it's an ivory color) Bake the cupcakes as directed. Let them cool.

I arranged the cupcakes into a circle and then put a thin layer of icing over the tops to make them all look connected. Put the frosting (probably will use 2-3 cans of frosting) in either a plastic ziplock bag, or into a decorator icing bag w/the round attachment. (With the ziplock you cut off the corner of the bag) or you could just buy the icing that comes in the can w/the different attachments that screw onto the top.

You just have fun with that part!! Covering all the cupcakes with the spaghetti....

The meatballs are Ferrero Rocher Chocolates. The sauce is strawberry preserves. You put the chocolates into a bowl and spoon in the preserves. Just gently spoon it around in the bowl until the chocolates are covered (usually 2-3 chocolates at a time). Then spoon the meatballs onto the spaghetti. Spoon remaining preserves strategically to make it look like spaghetti sauce.

I also though grating white chocolate would make it look like parmesan cheese!!

Finished product should look something like this...
